Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Houston is looking for a part-time bilingual Youth Development Specialist  in addition to others to join our Brookshire/Royal ISD location! We are also hiring for a FULL-TIME Program Director for the Brookshire/Royal ISD location!



Looking for a way to make a difference in a child's life? Maybe you want some extra money... BGCGH is currently looking for staff to join our Clubs for summer programming! Each loction across the Greater Houston area will be adding an additional 3-5 new Youth Development Specialists for summer programming!

Youth Advisory Coordinator (Part-Time)

Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Houston is currently seeking an individual to help develop positive assets in youth and strengthen the community who lives and/or attends school in the 77550 Galveston zip code in order to prevent juvenile crime; 16 hours/week at $14.00/hour. BGCGH prefers applicants with a bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, human development, child and adolescent development or youth development or a minimum of two years of direct service with youth who are considered “at risk."



Youth Development Specialist (Part-Time)

Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Houston is currently seeking energetic, organized and compassionate individuals who are interested in spending their time being positive role models in the life of a child. Applicants must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma and a valid driver’s license. They must also have at least two years’ experience in youth development, recreational leadership or similar experience. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply!



Director of Corporate and Foundation Giving

Location: Administrative Office

This position will develop strategies for maintaining and growing corporate & foundation revenue that will support the organization’s ongoing operations and strategic growth plan.  Working closely with VP of Development, prepare and present an annual plan of action and multi-year objectives for the identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of corporate and foundation funding prospects to meet budgeted fundraising goals.  Manage two full-time direct reports and contract grant writers.


Great Futures Dinner

The 25h Annual Great Futures Dinner was held on Thursday, September 5, 2013.

With help from Celebrity Chef Robert Irvine, Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Houston paid tribute to long-time board member Al Richey and his wife Jackie.  The Dinner was presented by the Houston Texans and honored our 2013 Youth of the Year Poppie Simmons.

Thanks to our wonderful sponsors, board members and donors who made this Dinner a record-breaking event for the organization raising nearly $640,000 net!
